EXECUTIVE / JUNIOR EXECUTIVE - HUMAN RESOURCES (Eheliyagoda)
JOB ROLE
- Support to manage the full employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, confirmation, transfers and exits.
- Maintain employee records and ensure HR documentation is up to date.
- Handle attendance, leave administration, overtime records and payroll-related activities.
- Support performance management, employee engagement and welfare initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and statutory requirements.
- Prepare HR reports and maintain HR-related databases
REQUIREMENTS
- CQHRM qualification or a Degree in Human Resource
- Management/Business Management from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Human Resource Management, preferably in a manufacturing or factory environment.
- Good knowledge of Sri Lankan labor laws and HR best practices.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities effectively
