We are now looking for a dynamic, self-motivated, and results-oriented individual to join our team as a Factory coordinating Officer.
POSITION AVAILABLE – COORDINATING OFFICER
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all factory operations to ensure a smooth, efficient, and uninterrupted workflow.
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor daily and monthly production activities to achieve organizational targets and maintain optimal output levels.
- Drive operational efficiency by ensuring all processes are carried out in a cost-effective and resource efficient manner.
- Supervise and manage distribution and delivery functions, ensuring timely and accurate dispatch of all products.
- Lead, guide, and motivate the factory workforce to maintain high performance, strong teamwork, and a positive work environment.
Qualifications & Attributes
- Have successfully completed GCE A/Ls
- Having a degree in management or a business stream would be considered as a bonus.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the Factory operations sector and distribution sector.
- Age between 35–50 years.
- Strong interpersonal, leadership, and problem-solving abilities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A committed team player with a positive and proactive attitude.
