FEMALE OFFICE ADMIN & PERSONAL ASSISTANT

JOB DUTIES

  • Handle daily office admin work
  • Data Entry in the company system and database
  • Answer phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails professionally
  • Call suppliers and get quotations for office work
  • Update and maintain Excel sheets and reports
  • Follow up and complete allocated work on time
  • Coordinate with managers, staff, suppliers, cleaners, and driver
  • Inform management and give updates regularly
  • Handle urgent situations calmly and professionally
  • Maintain a friendly and professional office environment
  • Maintain and manage company Facebook page
  • Go outside for office work when required

QUALIFICATIONS

  • G.C.E Advanced level (A/L) Qualification
  • Any English course or certificate required
  • Good Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

REQUIREMENTS

  • Only female candidates above 25 years old
  • Moderate English speaking and writing ability required
  • Previous office administration experience will be an added benefit
  • Must have good problem-solving skills
  • Should be able to handle multiple tasks without confusion
  • Good communication skills

Salary 30,000.00
