FEMALE OFFICE ADMIN & PERSONAL ASSISTANT
JOB DUTIES
- Handle daily office admin work
- Data Entry in the company system and database
- Answer phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails professionally
- Call suppliers and get quotations for office work
- Update and maintain Excel sheets and reports
- Follow up and complete allocated work on time
- Coordinate with managers, staff, suppliers, cleaners, and driver
- Inform management and give updates regularly
- Handle urgent situations calmly and professionally
- Maintain a friendly and professional office environment
- Maintain and manage company Facebook page
- Go outside for office work when required
QUALIFICATIONS
- G.C.E Advanced level (A/L) Qualification
- Any English course or certificate required
- Good Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
REQUIREMENTS
- Only female candidates above 25 years old
- Moderate English speaking and writing ability required
- Previous office administration experience will be an added benefit
- Must have good problem-solving skills
- Should be able to handle multiple tasks without confusion
- Good communication skills
Salary 30,000.00
