Rich Colour Exports (Pvt) Ltd., a leading screen printing factory in the apparel field, is expanding! We are currently looking for passionate, experienced, and energetic professionals to fill the following positions:
- MACHINE IN-CHARGE
- QUALITY IN-CHARGE
- QUALITY EXECUTIVE
- HEAT SEAL EXECUTIVE
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Operate and monitor production machines to ensure smooth and efficient production.
- Ensure production targets are achieved while maintaining quality standards.
- Conduct quality inspections and testing of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods.
- Monitor heat sealing processes and ensure sealing quality meets customer specifications.
- Identify and report quality defects, machine malfunctions, and production issues.
- Implement corrective and preventive actions to minimize defects and wastage.
- Maintain production and quality records accurately.
- Ensure compliance with company quality standards, SOPs, and safety regulations.
- Coordinate with production, maintenance, and quality teams to improve operational efficiency.
- Train and guide operators on machine operation, quality requirements, and workplace safety.
QUALIFICATION
- G.C.E. Advanced Level (A/L) or equivalent qualification.
- Diploma or Certificate in Manufacturing, Quality Management, Engineering, Printing Technology, or a related field will be an added advantage.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in manufacturing, quality assurance, or machine operation.
- Knowledge of quality control procedures and inspection techniques.
- Experience in heat sealing processes will be an added advantage.
- Ability to read and understand production specifications, quality standards, and SOPs.
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
