Front Office & Marketing Assistant

Location: The Venture Labs – Co-Working Space, Rajagiriya

Employment Type: Full-Time

Are you a friendly, energetic, and well-organized individual looking to start or grow your career? We are seeking a Front Office & Marketing Assistant to join our growing co-working community at The Venture Labs.

This role is ideal for a school leaver, recent graduate, or someone with minimal work experience who has a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and an interest in social media and marketing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist members, visitors, and prospective clients.
  • Manage front desk operations and general administrative tasks.
  • Answer phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp inquiries professionally.
  • Schedule viewings and assist with tenant onboarding.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming workspace.
  • Create and post content on social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
  • Assist with basic marketing activities and promotional campaigns.
  • Take photos and videos of the workspace and events for social media.
  • Support community events and member engagement activities.

Requirements

  • School leavers are encouraged to apply.
  • Good spoken and written English.
  • Pleasant personality with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office, email, internet).
  • Familiarity with social media platforms.
  • Ability to learn quickly and work independently.
  • Reliable, punctual, and professional.

Preferred (But Not Essential)

  • Experience using Canva or similar design tools.
  • Previous customer service, reception, or administrative experience.
  • Basic photography or video editing skills.

Salary

LKR 45,000 – 55,000 per month (Salary will be based on skills, experience, and suitability for the role.)
