Administrative Intern
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in carrying out day-to-day administrative operations efficiently.
- Maintain and organize company records, documents.
- Support data entry, document preparation, and report updating activities.
- Assist in coordinating meetings, events, training and other administrative functions.
- Liaise with internal departments to support administrative requirements.
- Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth office operations.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in administrative tasks.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a team environment.
- Previous internship or administrative experience will be an added advantage.
