Administrative Intern

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in carrying out day-to-day administrative operations efficiently.
  • Maintain and organize company records, documents.
  • Support data entry, document preparation, and report updating activities.
  • Assist in coordinating meetings, events, training and other administrative functions.
  • Liaise with internal departments to support administrative requirements.
  • Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth office operations.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in administrative tasks.
  • Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a team environment.
  • Previous internship or administrative experience will be an added advantage.
