Executive - Talent Acquisition

We are looking for a results-oriented Executive - Talent Acquisition to manage full-lifecycle recruitment for our engineering and technical tracks. You will leverage advanced sourcing techniques, build robust passive candidate pipelines, and elevate Mitra Innovation’s employer brand through targeted content, hackathons, and tech events. This position requires a strong understanding of software engineering concepts, excellent communication skills, and the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.

JOB SPECIFIC DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Recruitment of Top Talent: Identify, attract, and recruit top technical and non-technical engineering talent
  • Pipeline Management: Ensure a strong and continuous recruitment pipeline is maintained to meet current and future hiring needs
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers, business units, and fellow HR and RM team members to align recruitment efforts with business requirements
  • Networking: Actively network with potential candidates, including passive candidates, to build and maintain a talent pool
  • Stakeholder Relationships: Identify and cultivate relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including technology communities, to enhance recruitment efforts
  • Industry & Academic Collaboration: Strengthen partnerships with industry and universities to tap into emerging talent pools.
  • Sourcing Techniques: Stay updated on the latest sourcing techniques, including the use of social media and other innovative strategies
  • Content Creation: Collaborate with relevant parties to create compelling content such as slide decks, blog posts, articles, and videos for recruitment campaigns
  • Employer Branding: Organize and participate in webinars, tech talks, hackathons, and other events to promote Mitra Innovation and strengthen our employer brand within the technical recruitment community
  • Candidate Screening: Source, screen, shortlist, and support the interviewing process, providing recommendations to hiring managers

REQUIRED COMPETENCIES, EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
  • 2 - 3 years of hands-on experience in technical recruitment, with a strong understanding of engineering roles and IT industry
  • Experience in working with People HR ATS system
  • Strong ability to build relationships, strong interpersonal skills, and social aptitude
  • Ability to persuade and influence candidates and stakeholders
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Solid understanding of technologies, software engineering concepts, and developer frameworks
  • Good knowledge of available industry qualifications and certifications
  • Proficiency in sourcing techniques, including social media and other digital platforms
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
