CAREER PROFILE
- Monitor daily efficiency and productivity while supporting improvement initiatives
- Conduct time studies, production studies, and work measurements
- Prepare production layouts for smooth flow and optimum resource utilization
- Carry out Yamazumi preparation, line balancing, and method improvements
- Study machinery, automation, and facility improvement opportunities
- Support operator skill development and multi-skill training activities
SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
- Degree / Diploma / Professional Qualification in a relevant field
- Minimum 01 year experience in Industrial Engineering, Process Improvement, or Work Study in a production environment
- Knowledge in Lean Manufacturing, automation, machinery, and sewing techniques will be an added advantage
- Proficiency in MS Office and statistical tools such as Mini Tab / Math Lab preferred
