Key Responsibilities
- Handle cash, credit card, and other payment transactions accurately
- Issue bills, receipts, and invoices to guests
- Operate POS system for billing purposes
- Perform daily cash reconciliation and reporting
- Ensure accuracy of all financial transactions
- Coordinate with Front Office, F&B, and Finance departments
- Maintain proper records for audit purposes
- Provide professional and friendly customer service
