KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare and present high-quality dishes in accordance with established recipes and standards.
- Assist in daily kitchen operations and ensure smooth workflow.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in all kitchen areas following food safety standards.
- Support senior chefs in menu preparation and food production.
- Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory control.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of foods.
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve operational excellence.
REQUIREMENTS
- Relevant experience in a professional kitchen (experience level varies by position).
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen operations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Good understanding of hygiene and food safety practices.
- Culinary qualifications will be an added advantage.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
