ASSISTANT PRODUCTION MANAGER
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning, organising, and supervising daily production activities to achieve set targets.
- Ensure product quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness in manufacturing operations.
- Monitor production processes and recommend improvements to enhance productivity.
- Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and logistics teams to ensure smooth production flow.
- Lead and motivate the production workforce to achieve departmental goals.
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental standards.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Materials Science, Production Engineering, Chemical and Process Engineering, or an equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment (preferably in the ceramic industry).
- Young and dynamic individual with the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
- Experience in production planning and process improvement.
- Proficiency in MS Office, ERP systems (preferably SAP), and Quality Management Systems.
