Key Responsibilities
- Manage and dispatch vehicle service requests efficiently.
- Coordinate with drivers and provide assignment updates.
- Track vehicle movements and resolve service issues.
- Handle customer inquiries & feedback professionally.
- Maintain dispatch and client records accurately.
- Support operations team with scheduling and resource planning.
Requirements
- Diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Experience in dispatching, logistics, or transportation is preferred.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Knowledge of dispatching software and GPS systems is an advantage.
- Fluent English is required; Tamil speaking ability is a plus.
