Client Handling & Employee Relations Executive

We are seeking a Client Handling & Employee Relations Executive to manage client relationships and support a positive workplace environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, handling inquiries and issues
  • Build strong client relationships and ensure satisfaction
  • Manage complaints and escalations with timely resolution
  • Address employee concerns and support conflict resolution
  • Promote employee engagement and workplace culture
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth service delivery
  • Monitor client satisfaction and engagement metrics

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in client servicing, HR, or employee relations
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
