About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Customer Service & Vehicle Purchasing/ Sales Officer
Key Responsibilities
- Drive and improve customer retention through effective customer engagement and follow-up
- Enhance vehicle survey results by ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality
- Manage the purchasing of used vehicles, including evaluation, negotiation, and acquisition in Australia
- Support the sale of used vehicles by coordinating with relevant stakeholders and ensuring smooth transaction processes
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, vehicle purchases, and sales activities
Requirements
- Proven experience in a similar role within the automotive industry (preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command in English (spoken, written)
- Ability to manage both customer service and commercial purchasing functions
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in similar role
- Result-oriented with a focus on customer satisfaction and business growth
