Executive / Assistant Manager – Export Sales

Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for developing export sales for branded tea, bulk tea, and private label tea products by identifying and engaging overseas buyers and distributors. This is primarily an office-based role involving business development through email marketing, cold calling, virtual meetings, and other modern prospecting methods.
Qualifications and Skills
- G.C.E. Advanced Level qualified (preferably Commerce stream)
- Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, International Business, or a related field will be an advantage
- Minimum 5 years of export sales experience within the FMCG industry
- Experience dealing directly with international buyers, importers, distributors, and private label customers
- Strong knowledge of export procedures, Incoterms, export documentation, and international trade practices
- Excellent communication and business development skills
