Executive – HoReCa & Institutional Sales

Join the Richard Pieris Group, a dynamic and diversified conglomerate in Sri Lanka, and be a part of our journey to success. We are looking for an Executive – HoReCa & Institutional Sales to contribute to the growth of Maskeliya Tea Gardens Ceylon Limited, our tea marketing arm.

Job Role:

The selected candidate will be responsible for selling our branded tea products to B2B customers including government institutions, private sector organizations, and HoReCa customers (Hotels, Restaurants, and Caterers) within the Western Province. This is a field-based role requiring regular customer visits, product presentations, relationship building, and sales conversion.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • G.C.E. Advanced Level qualified (preferably Commerce stream)
  • Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field will be an advantage
  • Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably within the FMCG sector
  • Proven experience dealing with government institutions, private organizations, and/or HoReCa customers
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
