As an Intern, you will work closely with our Customer Success team to assist in nurturing and growing relationships with our existing clients. Your interest in business development and client servicing will enable a more effective learning experience as you work alongside our Customer Success Managers.
nnQualifications and Experience We’re After

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field n
- Intern: Relevant university project experience demonstrating use of API testing tools n
- Associate QA Engineer: 6–12 months of professional experience in API testing n
- Proficiency/exposure in API testing tools including Postman and Swagger n
- Familiarity with test automation frameworks such as Selenium n
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English n
- The ability to document and articulate findings clearly is essential n
- Experience with Software Quality Assurance (SQA) methodologies, including test planning, test case design, and defect lifecycle management n
- Demonstrated ability to work with and leverage AI tools to support testing workflows and enhance productivity n
- Knowledge of Team Foundation Server or Azure for test case management, work item tracking, and defect/bug lifecycle management is an added advantage n
- Knowledge of MSSQL Server, including the ability to write and execute queries to validate data integrity and support test case verification, is an added advantage n
- Familiarity with ERP systems or enterprise software environments is an advantage; prior exposure to finance or accounting modules within an ERP is a further advantage n
Your Key Roles and Responsibilities

- Design and execute comprehensive API test cases and test suites to validate the functionality, reliability, performance, and security of our ERP solutions n
- Conduct end-to-end API testing using tools such as Postman, Swagger, and Selenium to identify defects and ensure seamless system integration n
- Collaborate with developers, product owners, and other stakeholders to understand API specifications and translate them into effective test scenarios n
- Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities to align with project timelines and delivery milestones n
- Leverage AI-powered testing tools and methodologies to enhance test coverage, optimise test cycles, and improve overall QA efficiency n
- Track, document, and report defects with precision, providing detailed defect reports and actionable insights to the development team and management n
- Maintain thorough and accurate QA documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test summary reports n
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve testing processes and contribute to a culture of continuous quality improvement n
