Territory Manager North & East
Here’s a chance for you to be part of a dynamic sales force where you will directly influence the growth plans of the assigned geo by driving both primary & secondary sales. In your role you will report to the Field Sales Manager. The role further entails;
- Meet monthly and yearly sales targets in both primary and secondary markets within the assigned territory.
- Improve product availability and distribution within the assigned territory and strengthen visibility and market penetration through strategic placement of products.
- Implement marketing strategies and trade promotions to support brand objectives as per the cycle plan.
- Ensure effective execution of promotional activities across different sales channels.
- Conduct regular field coaching and in-market development sessions to strengthen sales competencies, improve territory execution, and build a high-performing sales team.
- Daily Monitor the team performance and provide necessary guidance.
- Build and maintain long-term business relationships with key stakeholders.
Who We Want
- Possess a degree in a related field or be part/fully qualified in CIM or SLIM.
- Minimum 5-7 years’ overall experience in Sales.
- High Aptitude in Sales Force Management, Business Acumen, Negotiation Skill, Execution Excellence, Consumer Centricity & Coaching skills.
- Being multilingual (Sinhala, Tamil & English) will be a definite advantage.
- Fluency in managing conversations in Tamil is also advantageous.
