Trainee Purchasing Officer

Location: Makola

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in coordinating daily operational activities related to aluminum sales, supply, and project execution.
  • Coordinate with customers, suppliers, project sites, and internal departments.
  • Prepare quotations, delivery schedules, reports, and operational documentation.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist in coordinating material requirements.
  • Ensure timely processing of customer orders and deliveries.
  • Support management in improving operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Minimum of G.C.E. Advanced Level (A/L) qualification.
  • Basic knowledge of operations, administration, or supply chain processes will be an advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
  • Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Positive attitude, team player, and willingness to learn.
