Senior Executive - Business Development

The company specializes in a wide range of services, including vehicle repairs, servicing, collision repairs, auto detailing, automobile first aid, and wheel alignment. Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities.
  • Develop and manage corporate and fleet customer accounts.
  • Promote Service, Mechanical, and Bodyshop solutions to individual and corporate clients.
  • Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
  • Generate leads through field visits, referrals, and networking.
  • Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into confirmed jobs.
  • Follow up submitted quotations for service and repair work.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services.
  • Handle customer concerns and ensure high satisfaction levels.
  • Promote service campaigns, offers, and seasonal promotions.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, visits, and sales activities.
  • Submit monthly sales reports to management.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Management, Marketing, or Automobile Engineering.
  • Minimum 2 - 4 years of experience in automobile industry. (service or sales preferred)
  • Experience in handling corporate clients is an advantage.
  • Target-driven with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Strong communication and sales skills.
