Job Responsibilities
- Recruitment and retention activities
- Enhance the organization’s human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices
- Ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable standards
- Enforces management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures
Qualifications
- Mandatory work experience in an Apparel manufacturing factory minimum of 2 years
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Labor Relations and Employee Relations
- Degree or equivalent qualification related to Human Resource
- Organization and good communication skills
