Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors, Customers, and staff in a professional manner.
- Sales Coordination
- Manage incoming and outgoing telephone calls and emails.
- Coordinate front office operations and administrative activities.
Requirements
- G.C.E. Advanced Level qualification or equivalent.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Sinhala (Tamil will be an added advantage).
- Good knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Pleasant personality with strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
