We are looking for enthusiastic, well-mannered, and service-oriented individuals to join our dynamic team.
1. RESIDENT MANAGER
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee hotel operations, sales & marketing, and staff management.
- P&L accountability and maintaining travel agent relationships.
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in a similar role.
- Fluent in English with strong leadership skills.
- Proven success in luxury hospitality management.
2. HOUSE KEEPING CUM WAITERS
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of guest rooms and public areas.
- Prepare and serve food & beverages with excellent guest service.
- Ensure a warm, professional, and hygienic dining and housekeeping experience.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in housekeeping and/or as a waiter in a hotel or restaurant.
- Fluent in English & Sinhala; Tamil is an advantage.
- Good communication skills & a positive attitude.
- Neat appearance and commitment to service excellence.
