SENIOR HR ADVISORS / CONSULTANTS
We are seeking experienced HR professionals to join us as Senior HR Advisors / Consultants on a consultancy basis.
This is an advisory-focused role for HR experts who want to deliver independent HR consulting and advisory services.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Promote HR consulting, training, and recruitment solutions.
- Lead generation for HR audits, policy development, surveys, training & OD initiatives.
- Build long-term client relationships and strategic partnerships.
- Work through established HR and corporate networks to facilitate growth and collaboration initiatives.
IDEAL CANDIDATE
- Former HR Manager, Senior HR Manager, Head of HR, HR Director, CHRO, or HR Consultant.
- Strong network within the corporate and HR community.
- Proven experience in HR consulting or advisory.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and advisory skills.
- Retired HR professionals with established industry connections are encouraged to apply.
