PROJECT MANAGER (CIVIL)
SAW Engineering (Pvt) Ltd is well established ISO Certified and CIDA C1, EM 1, SP 1 graded company specializing in the areas of Civil Engineering, Total Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing solutions, Water supply and Waste Water Management, Renewable Energy Solutions, Waste to Energy Solutions, Telecommunication and Manufacturing Electrical Panel Boards.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop Project plans, schedules and work programs.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants and internal teams.
- Define project scope, milestones and deliverables.
- Ensure resources (labour, materials, equipment) are properly allocated.
- Ensure construction activities are carried out as per the budgets, timelines and specifications.
- contract negotiations and contract management.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, codes and client requirements.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bsc. Degree in Civil Engineering from a reputed university.
- Minimum 8+years of relevant experience preferably in Civil Construction, Water Projects & a strong track record in the management of detailed engineering activities.
- Ability to effectively manage both short and long-term projects.
- Capable of supervisory capacity for planning, organizing, communicating and personnel management skills.
- Member of the Institution of Engineers will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to maintain enthusiasm.
