Job Requirements
- Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent knowledge of culinary techniques and kitchen equipment
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills (English proficiency is an advantage)
- Relevant culinary qualifications will be an added advantage
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all kitchen operations and ensure high standards of food quality and presentation
- Plan and develop menus, including seasonal and specialty dishes
- Manage kitchen staff, including training, scheduling, and performance supervision
- Maintain strict hygiene and food safety standards
- Control food costs, inventory, and supplier coordination
- Ensure timely and efficient service during operations
