Head Chef

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent knowledge of culinary techniques and kitchen equipment
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Good communication skills (English proficiency is an advantage)
  • Relevant culinary qualifications will be an added advantage

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all kitchen operations and ensure high standards of food quality and presentation
  • Plan and develop menus, including seasonal and specialty dishes
  • Manage kitchen staff, including training, scheduling, and performance supervision
  • Maintain strict hygiene and food safety standards
  • Control food costs, inventory, and supplier coordination
  • Ensure timely and efficient service during operations
