AREA MANAGER - Agro
We are seeking dynamic and results-driven professionals to join our team as Area Manager – Agro. If you possess strong leadership abilities, commercial acumen, and a passion for agriculture, this is an excellent opportunity to advance your career.
What you will lead:
- Manage and develop Agro sales operations within the assigned territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and farmers.
- Achieve sales targets and business growth objectives.
- Conduct field visits and provide technical guidance on Agro products.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Lead, motivate, and supervise field sales teams to ensure optimum performance.
What you will bring:
- Diploma or Degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience in Agro sales, marketing, or field operations.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple territories.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel extensively.
