What We Are Looking For
- Bachelor’s Degree (BSc/BEng), Higher National Diploma (HND), or National Diploma in Technology (NDT) in Electrical Engineering.
- Strong technical knowledge and competency in electrical systems.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the solar or electrical engineering field.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end solar engineering projects from design to maintenance.
- Provide technical guidance to teams and customers.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, suppliers, and authorities for smooth project execution.
- Oversee site inspections, installation activities, and quality assurance processes.
- Ensure compliance with engineering standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Drive continuous improvement in design, execution, and operational efficiency.
