Urgent Job Vacancy for the post of Deputy Human Resource Manager.
We, MCC (Metallurgical Corporation of China Limited), General Contractor of the Central Expressway Project Section 1 Kadawatha to Mirigama, are searching for a professional applicant for the post of Deputy Human Resource Manager.
Position Requirements:
- 1. Possess sound professional quality and ethics, a strong sense of responsibility and corporate loyalty, adhere to professional principles, and consciously safeguard the company's reputation and interests.
- 2. Be familiar with relevant provisions of Sri Lankan labor laws, take proactive measures to avoid labor-related risks, independently communicate, coordinate, and resolve various labor disputes, ensure the company's employment compliance, and protect the legitimate rights and interests of both the enterprise and employees.
- 3. Have no less than 10 years of relevant human resource working experience and be familiar with overseas human resource management models and employment systems, especially the local system in Sri Lanka.
- 4. Proficient in MS Office and other office software, capable of efficiently completing daily office work, including data statistics, report compilation, and document sorting.
- 5. Have excellent oral and written English skills, be proficient in handling daily English business emails, official correspondence, and external communication work to meet the requirements of foreign-related office affairs.
- 6. Possess outstanding external communication and coordination capabilities and maintain long-term and sound cooperative relationships with local manpower companies and labor authorities in Sri Lanka; conduct regular on-site inspections and surveys to check the working status, attendance, and progress of frontline workers and keep abreast of frontline employment dynamics in a timely manner.
- 7. Be responsible for the preliminary review of salary sheets and labor fee data, strictly control the accuracy and compliance of relevant data, and prevent data errors and employment cost risks.
- 8. Follow the work arrangements of the Human Resource Manager, and efficiently complete other human resource-related work and temporary tasks assigned by superiors.
