What We Are Looking For
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in managing commercial and industrial solar projects (minimum 5 year ), with a minimum of 2 years in a managerial or supervisory capacity.
- Associate membership of IESL will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end to end solar engineering projects from planning to maintenance, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies
- Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency, resource utilization, and business performance
- Provide technical leadership to project teams while promoting innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement
