We are primarily engaged in investments related to real estate, mixed developments, and leasing businesses, with the aim of elevating the Sri Lankan economy and enhancing commercial living standards.
We are looking for dynamic and talented individuals to join our growing team. We are hiring for the following position:
Employment Type: Full-Time Surveyor – Construction (High-Rise Building Projects)
Location: Rajagiriya
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma, Higher Diploma, or Degree in Surveying, Geomatics, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in construction surveying, with proven experience in high-rise building projects.
- Proficient in the use of Total Stations, Auto Levels, Digital Levels, and GNSS/GPS survey equipment.
- Strong knowledge of surveying software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Leica Geo Office, Trimble Business Center, or equivalent.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, architectural drawings, and shop drawings.
- Good understanding of construction tolerances, quality control requirements, and surveying best practices.
- Strong communication and coordination skills with site engineers, consultants, and subcontractors.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish, verify, and maintain site control points and survey benchmarks for construction activities.
- Perform traverse surveys, traverse adjustments, and control network calculations to ensure survey accuracy.
- Carry out setting-out works for structural, architectural, and civil construction activities on high-rise projects.
- Coordinate and maintain all third-party survey inspections and ensure compliance with project requirements.
- Verify and adjust drawings and survey data based on arbitrary coordinate systems and project control coordinates.
- Conduct as-built surveys and prepare survey reports, records, and documentation.
- Monitor and verify verticality, alignment, and positional accuracy of structural elements.
- Ensure survey equipment is calibrated and maintained in good working condition.
- Liaise with consultants, project managers, and site teams to resolve survey-related issues.
- Maintain accurate survey records and support quality assurance requirements.
Experience working with a Chinese contractor will be considered an added advantage.
