VACANCY
We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented individual for the following position to be based in the Kandy Corporate Office;
Internal Audit Manager
- Plan, organize, and execute internal audits across group properties and departments in accordance with the annual audit plan.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls, risk management, and compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
- Identify process gaps, financial risks, and control weaknesses, and recommend practical corrective actions.
- Prepare clear audit reports with findings, risk ratings, and follow-up on implementation of agreed actions.
- Liaise with management, external auditors, and regulatory bodies when required, ensuring timely resolution of audit matters.
Key Requirements
- Fully or partly qualified in CA Sri Lanka / ACCA / CIMA, or a degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Minimum of 5–7 years’ experience in internal audit, preferably within a multi-property group or hospitality environment.
- Strong knowledge of auditing standards, internal control frameworks, and risk assessment methodologies.
- Excellent analytical, report writing, and communication skills with the ability to deal with senior management.
- High level of integrity, independence, and ability to work with minimal supervision and frequent site visits.
