The Golden Crown, a landmark of 5 Star luxury, located in the heart of Kandy is a member of The Golden Hospitality. Poised in the hill country, this luxurious hotel combines the aesthetics of the days gone by with the comforts of a contemporary lifestyle. The Golden Crown consists of 155 Rooms and Suites and most elegant and modern banquet halls which can comfortably accommodate 2000 guests.

VACANCIES:

We are seeking experienced, results-oriented individuals for the following positions;

Kitchen Department:

  • Junior Pastry Chef
  • Junior Sous Chef (Cold Kitchen)
  • Indian Specialty Chef
  • Chinese Specialty Chef
  • Chef De Partie – Sri Lankan Cuisine

Admin Department:

  • Asst Security Manager
  • CCTV Operator

Reservations Department:

  • Reservations Agent (Residents of Kandy and suburbs are preferred)

Candidate Profile:

  • Genuine passion for delivering exceptional guest service and ensuring service quality
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar capacity within a star-class hotel
  • Positive can-do attitude with flexibility to adapt to dynamic situations
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Team-oriented mindset with the ability to build effective relationships across all levels
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Well-groomed, professional in appearance, and committed to upholding the hotel's standards and values
