WE ARE LOOKING FOR QA INTERNS & QA AUTOMATION INTERNS
WINNIPEG TECHNOLOGY (PVT) LTD is a growing UK-based IT consulting and software product development company operating from Colombo, Sri Lanka.
- This internship opportunity is open only for university students who:
- Are currently following their degree (completed candidates will not be accepted)
- Have not completed or are not currently engaged in any prior internship
- Can provide an official internship request / placement letter from their university or institute
- WORKING LOCATION: Sri Lanka Remote / Work from Home
- INTERNSHIP DURATION: 11 or 12 months only
- WHO CAN APPLY: Currently following undergraduate students only
QA INTERNS
A great opportunity for students who want hands-on experience in software testing, web applications, mobile apps, and SaaS products.
WHAT YOU WILL LEARN AND WORK ON
- Manual testing of web and mobile applications
- Preparing and executing test cases
- Reporting bugs clearly with screenshots and steps
- Regression testing and release verification
- Basic exposure to automation testing tools
- Working with developers and product teams
IDEAL CANDIDATE
- Currently following an IT, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related degree
- No repeats in any subject
- No prior internship experience
- Good communication skills and willingness to learn
QA AUTOMATION INTERNS
A great opportunity for students who want hands-on experience in test automation, RPA, and process automation solutions.
WHAT YOU WILL LEARN AND WORK ON
- Designing and developing automation test scripts
- Working with automation tools and frameworks
- Working with and expressing test automation frameworks
- Building and maintaining automation frameworks
- Working on RPA and workflow automation solutions
- Integrating automation with CI/CD pipelines
- Collaboration with QA, developers, and product teams
IDEAL CANDIDATE
- Currently following an IT, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related degree
- Must have completed GCE A/L with Mathematics
- Strong programming/algorithm skills
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- No repeats in any subject
- No prior internship experience
- Good communication skills and willingness to learn
