We are looking for a highly motivated Electrical Engineer with strong technical expertise to manage electrical systems, maintenance activities, and continuous improvement projects within our manufacturing operations. Educational Qualification
- BSc in Electrical Engineering from a recognized university
Preferred Profile
- Age between 28–35 years
- More than 5 years of experience in electrical maintenance, power distribution, automation, or industrial operations
- Knowledge of PLC, VFD, control systems, and industrial electrical installations
- Strong leadership, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- Experience in managing electrical projects and maintenance teams
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain electrical systems used in production and manufacturing operations
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical equipment and machinery
- Troubleshoot electrical faults and implement effective corrective actions
- Monitor and maintain transformers, switchgear, MCC panels, motors, and power distribution systems
- Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and company policies
- Coordinate with production and maintenance teams to ensure uninterrupted operations
- Prepare preventive maintenance schedules and monitor their implementation
- Maintain electrical maintenance records, logs, and reports
- Guide and supervise electricians and technical staff
- Manage spare parts inventory and ensure availability of critical electrical components
- Support continuous improvement and energy-saving initiatives
- Understand furnace panel boards
