Positions Available: SALES MANAGER
Maliban Healthcare (Pvt) Ltd is expanding its dynamic healthcare portfolio and is seeking a results-driven, experienced, and strategic professional to join our team as a Sales Manager.
ABOUT THE ROLE
The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and driving the overall sales operations of the Maliban Healthcare portfolio, including VITAGEN, diaper range, pharmaceutical products, and upcoming Metered Dose Inhalers (MDI). The role requires strong leadership in sales execution, distributor management, market expansion, and business growth initiatives while ensuring achievement of revenue and market penetration objectives.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee and drive overall sales performance of the MHC product portfolio to achieve business objectives.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize market growth and revenue generation.
- Manage distributor relationships and ensure achievement of primary and secondary sales targets.
- Lead, guide, and monitor the sales team to ensure effective territory management and sales execution.
- Coordinate with sales, marketing, and other internal teams to strengthen brand visibility and market presence.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities.
- Support the successful launch and expansion of new pharmaceutical products and MDI range.
- Monitor product performance and develop action plans to improve market share.
- Contribute to annual sales planning, forecasting, and strategic business development activities.
- Maintain effective communication and coordination with principals, distributors, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Management, Pharmacy, or a related field.
- Professional qualifications in Sales, Marketing, Business Management, or Strategic Management will be an added advantage.
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in sales management, preferably in the healthcare, pharmaceutical, or related industries.
- Strong knowledge of sales strategies, distribution, supply chain, and market development.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to analyze market data and develop strategies to drive business growth.
- Strong understanding of territory management and sales force effectiveness.
- Results-oriented mindset with the ability to achieve challenging sales targets.
