Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the pawn shop.
- Evaluate and appraise pawn items based on their condition and market value.
- Process pawn loans, renewals, redemptions, and purchases accurately.
- Monitor and control pawned and retail inventory, ensuring accurate records.
- Supervise and guide staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications
- Male or Female.
- Age: 24–45 years.
- Basic knowledge of pawn shop operations or relevant retail experience is an advantage.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Honest, responsible, and able to work independently.
Salary: Negotiable.
