Manager – Performance Management System (PMS)
We are looking for a highly analytical and results oriented professional to lead and manage the company’s end to end Performance Management System across all business functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full Performance Management System cycle including goal setting, KPI development, mid-year reviews, and annual performance evaluations.
- Monitor organizational performance metrics and provide regular management reports and dashboards.
- Support succession planning, talent development, and employee performance improvement plans.
- Review and improve PMS policies, processes, and system effectiveness.
- Conduct training and awareness sessions for managers and employees on PMS processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Management, Psychology, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Performance Management, HR Strategy, or Organizational Development.
- Strong knowledge of KPI frameworks, appraisal systems, and performance analytics.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in HRIS/PMS systems and advanced Excel/reporting tools preferred.
