We are hiring

Manager – Performance Management System (PMS)

We are looking for a highly analytical and results oriented professional to lead and manage the company’s end to end Performance Management System across all business functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full Performance Management System cycle including goal setting, KPI development, mid-year reviews, and annual performance evaluations.
  • Monitor organizational performance metrics and provide regular management reports and dashboards.
  • Support succession planning, talent development, and employee performance improvement plans.
  • Review and improve PMS policies, processes, and system effectiveness.
  • Conduct training and awareness sessions for managers and employees on PMS processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Management, Psychology, or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Performance Management, HR Strategy, or Organizational Development.
  • Strong knowledge of KPI frameworks, appraisal systems, and performance analytics.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in HRIS/PMS systems and advanced Excel/reporting tools preferred.
