ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE / ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Preparation of daily operational reports.
- Handle day to day accounting operations including accounts payable, receivable and general ledger entries.
- Enter invoices, receipts, payments, and journal entries to the systems and handling bank reconciliations.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Support the preparation of financial statements and management reports.
- Prepare comprehensive daily income and cost control reports.
- Execute and oversee general ledger clearing activities to maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
- Preparation of all Tax schedules.
- Handle inventory management system.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Part qualified in CASL / CIMA or fully qualified in AAT (SL) would be an added qualification.
- Experience in accounting packages of inventory modules would be a distinct advantage.
- Good analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
- Age below 40.
- Location: Peliyagoda.
