AGRICULTURE INTERNS
Are you an Agriculture undergraduate looking to gain hands-on field experience and make a real impact on Sri Lanka's farming community? Lankem invites enthusiastic, energetic, and passionate male/female undergraduates to join our internship programme and become part of our mission to promote Sri Lanka's only locally manufactured Single Super Phosphate (SSP) fertilizer (Lankem Madaraja).

What you will lead:
- Engage directly with farming communities.
- Promote the benefits of Single Super Phosphate (SSP) fertilizer (Lankem Madaraja) to farmers.
- Visit and interact with a targeted number of farmers each day.
- Build practical knowledge of agricultural marketing and farmer engagement.
- Work closely with the Head Office team, with performance monitored throughout the internship.
What you will bring:
- Valuable hands-on industry experience with one of Sri Lanka's leading agricultural companies.

- Lodging facilities for interns who are not residents of their assigned location.
- Professional guidance and exposure to real-world agricultural field operations.
