Medfuture is a fast-growing healthcare recruitment company connecting GPs, Rural/Locum doctors, Allied Health, Dentists and Mental Health professionals with outstanding employers across Australia & New Zealand. Medfuture Runs Its Global operation Office in Colombo 7 ( Citi Bank Building) and We’re expanding and looking for a Recruitment Business Consultant who can own the full 360° desk: acquire and grow client accounts and deliver quality placements end-to-end. You’ll also manage a warm portfolio of existing clients that may be allocated to you.

What You’ll Do (Sequential Flow)

  • 1. Territory/Portfolio Setup: Review allocated clients and plan your target market.
  • 2. Open Doors: Prospect, qualify, pitch our value, and sign terms/exclusivity.
  • 3. Take Structured Briefs: Scope must-haves, salary/rates, timeline, compliance.
  • 4. Source & Attract Talent: Database, referrals, LinkedIn, job boards, campaigns.
  • 5. Screen & Shortlist: MF-CV conversion, interviews, reference and eligibility checks.
  • 6. Manage Interviews: Schedule, prep, debrief, and keep momentum high.
  • 7. Negotiate & Close: Offers, counteroffers, start-dates, and acceptance.
  • 8. Compliance & Docs: Medical Practice license check, VISA CHECK, & logged accurately in ATS.
  • 9. Place & Bill: Confirm placement, trigger invoices/POs, look guarantee milestones.
  • 10. Aftercare & Grow: Onboarding check-ins, retention, cross-sell, repeat roles.
  • 11. Report & Improve: Maintain same-day ATS hygiene; forecast weekly; share market intel.

What You’ll Bring

  • 2–5+ years in 360° recruitment or B2B sales (healthcare recruitment a bonus)
  • A genuine hunter-farmer mindset: open new accounts and grow existing ones.
  • Strong interviewing, negotiation and objection-handling skills.
  • Data discipline—immaculate ATS updates and pipeline hygiene.
  • Clear, confident communication with clinicians, practice owners and HR leaders.

Success Metrics (Indicative)

  • New signed clients per month; qualified roles opened.
  • Submissions → interviews → offers ratio; offers per month.
  • Revenue/margin integrity; client & candidate NPS; on-time billing and collections.

Work & Logistics

  • Operation Hours – 05:00 AM to 01:30 PM (Sydney/Melbourne time zone)
  • Holiday Calendar – You will be eligible for Australian holidays
  • Work location – Full-time (on-Site) Base + Uncapped Commission | Colombo 07
