SENIOR EXECUTIVE - SUPPLY CHAIN

We are looking for a proactive and results - oriented Senior Executive - Supply Chain to join our team and be part of a company that is proudly shaping Sri Lanka's future through trusted products and enduring values. The successful candidate will support end-to-end supply chain operations, ensuring the smooth flow of materials from procurement to production, warehousing, and distribution.
This position would be based in Matara but the selected candidate should be able to travel to Colombo Head office based on the requirement.
Core Responsibilities
- Develop and execute supply plans based on production and business demand.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment.
- Coordinate with Production, Sales, and Logistics to ensure uninterrupted operations.
- Monitor supplier performance and material availability.
- Support warehouse and distribution activities to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Analyze supply chain KPIs and prepare operational reports.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support ERP and process enhancement projects.
- Ensure compliance with quality, food safety, and company standards.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 4–6 years of experience in Supply Chain Planning, Inventory Management, Procurement Coordination, Inventory Management, or Logistics Coordination.
- Experience in a manufacturing or FMCG environment is preferred.
- Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar) and advanced Microsoft Excel.
