Customer Care Executive - Aftermarket

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Handle customer inquiries for spare parts, accessories, and consumables
  • Prepare quotations for parts and replacement items
  • Follow up on pending quotations and convert them into orders
  • Coordinate with suppliers or stores regarding availability, ordering and lead times
  • Arrange preventive maintenance, breakdown service, repairs, and annual service visits
  • Coordinate with technical/service teams for site visits and job scheduling
  • Ensure service jobs are completed on time and customer issues are attended to promptly
  • Keep in touch with existing customers after equipment installation or sale
  • Prepare invoices, job sheets, service reports, and delivery documents
  • Maintain records of customer equipment, service history, and pending requirements
  • Coordinate warranty claims with customers, principals, and internal technical teams
  • Follow up on faulty parts, replacements, and service rectification

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum 1–3 years’ experience in after-sales service, spare parts sales, service coordination, or technical sales
  • Good knowledge of industrial equipment / compressors / machinery spare parts and maintenance requirements
  • Strong communication, customer handling, and coordination skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office, ERP/accounting/sales systems and email correspondence
  • Ability to prepare quotations, follow up orders, and coordinate service activities efficiently
