Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist patients, visitors, and callers in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Handle admissions, appointment bookings, inquiries, and patient registrations efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate records and enter data using computerized hospital systems.
  • Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure smooth communication and patient service.
  • Support general administrative and front office tasks as required.

Requirements

  • Pass G.C.E. A/L
  • Previous experience in a similar role will be an added advantage.
  • Ability to work with computerized systems.
  • Basic IT knowledge.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Pleasant personality with a customer-service-oriented attitude.
