SALES ADMIN MANAGER
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Finance or an equivalent professional qualification.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Sales Administration within the FMCG industry or Any.
- Strong knowledge of ERP/SFA systems, sales order processing, distributor management, and reporting.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience in developing and implementing sales administration processes and controls.
- Experience in the FMCG industry will be a distinct advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end sales administration process.
- Ensure accurate order processing, invoicing, and dispatch coordination.
- Monitor credit control, pricing, and sales documentation.
- Supervise sales administration staff and daily operations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and internal controls.
- Maintain accurate records and prepare sales reports.
- Coordinate with Finance, Sales, and Distribution teams.
- Resolve operational issues and support efficient sales operations.
