The ideal candidates are experienced, upto date with laws and circulars, with a strong background in manufacturing environments and/or managing islandwide sales teams and/or manufacturing facilities.
H.R. MANAGER
Duties
- Manage recruitment, performance management, and disciplinary procedures
- Implement and enforce company policies and HR systems
- Oversee islandwide staff and factory workforce management and staff administration
- Handle payroll preparation, salary processing, and staff benefits
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and company regulations
SENIOR H.R. EXECUTIVE
Requirements
- Degree or professional qualification in Human Resources or Management
- Minimum 5-8 years HR experience, preferably in manufacturing organisations and/or with field sales teams
- Strong knowledge of payroll, labour laws, industrial relations, and disciplinary procedures
- Ability to lead firmly and maintain a disciplined, high-performing workforce
