EXCITING JOB OPPORTUNITY
Work Study Officer (IE)
What you will do :
- Conduct time studies, method studies, and workflow analysis.
- Perform line balancing and SMV evaluations.
- Identify and implement productivity improvement initiatives.
- Monitor efficiency levels and recommend process improvements.
- Support production teams in achieving planned productivity targets.
What do we expect :
- Diploma/Degree in Industrial Engineering, Apparel Manufacturing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Work Study/Industrial Engineering in the apparel sector.
- Knowledge of GSD, SMV calculations, line balancing, and lean manufacturing concepts.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
Production Supervisor
What you will do :
- Supervise daily production line operations to achieve production targets.
- Monitor efficiency, quality, and productivity levels.
- Lead and motivate production teams to meet delivery schedules. Ensure compliance with company procedures, safety standards, and quality requirements.
- Coordinate with Quality, Planning, and Technical teams to ensure smooth production flow.
What do we expect :
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a supervisory role within the apparel industry.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Sound knowledge of garment manufacturing processes.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve production KPIs.
