Executive - Electrical & Automation Engineer
We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Executive Electrical & Automation Engineer to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise, hands-on experience in automation systems, and the ability to lead maintenance and improvement initiatives across the plant.
Qualifications and Competencies required
- BSc in Electrical or Electronic Engineering
- 1-2 years Experience in a FMCG manufacturing environment
- Strong practical skills in Electrical Maintenance and Industrial Automation
- Proficiency in Siemens S7 series, Rockwell PLCs, and Profibus/ Profinet / ASi networks
- Ability to troubleshoot complex control circuits
- Strong communication and team-leadership skills
Function Related Activities / Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventive, predictive, and condition-based maintenance on electrical & automation systems
- Lead automation and electrical projects (retrofits, upgrades, new integrations, energy/OEE improvements)
- Troubleshoot and analyze faults; implement corrective & preventive actions
- Ensure compliance with LOTO, arc-flash safety, earthing/bonding, and safe work permits
- Drive continuous improvement across systems and processes
- Coach and develop engineers/technicians through skill matrices and training plans
